Meet my expectation but I wish the staff could be more friendly

The room has a big window which can be opened!, which I appreciate so much since this is quite rare at this price range in SG. Everything was very clean. The bedsheet, blanket, pillowcase, towel were clean without any strong scent of detergent. There was every basic things I need like the kettle, hair dryer, water heater, even a safe.

Room has nearly no soundproof. Wifi was down during 4 nights we stayed! The male staff that informed/updated us about the wifi status when we asked never smiled/being friendly with us, just being kind of grudging, never said sorry, while this is clearly not out fault.

Private room for an affordable price.

Next to Balestier street, which gives it a good location, however the street can be noisy even during the night hours. The sound isolation of windows is not very good.

front desk staff, was not happy to answer questions. Didn't want to ask him why wifi was not working. I am on holidays and don't need the hassle

iits quiet rilexing as nobody disturbs my stay but i hope that the housekeeping comes everyday

the partition near ths window can sit n have the view outside...the toiletries...

i dint expect this ReDdoorz to be this bad as i whem to others it wasnt like what ived expected

Noise might be an issue unless you’re a heavy sleeper.

Friendly staff and close to shops, food and transport.

Right beside a very noisey road. I usually sleep through most noise but it was very loud and affected my sleep. There is also a bar below open to late which is a bit noisey but didn’t bother me. Possibly not an issue if your room is not on the road side.

It’s good location but will be better if the hotel clean the room every day and not wake the guests up to give a water i

The location is great surrounding with many choice of restaurants

I stayed for 5 nights but the room never get cleaned each day. The first couple nights was ok then day 3-4, I found cockroaches in my room. It’s value for couple nights but not more. I paid over S$100 per night and I feel it’s not worth my money.

Good experience

Staff very helpful. Conceirge active throughout the day. Room comfortable with standard amenities and generous supplies (water, Tea, coffee, toiletries). Noise free. Location excellent. Limited options on TV/ cable. Room make up only on Mondays.

Wash basin is inside the room. Room make-up is on Monday only as we stayed longer.

Pricy but Fair & Comfy

Clean and Nice Environment. Restaurants and Hawker centre nearby. Far from nearest MRT stations but it is quite enjoyable to walk to there. (Whether to Novena or Toa Payoh Stations - these two are the nearest)

Not all receptionists are hospitable. But all are helpful and informative. They should wear masks inside as a precautionary measure as I saw one is sneezing and not well in look.

Worth the value but bring earplugs

Perfect for those who don’t want to stay in a hostel but still want an affordable and private stay (with windows!) in Singapore. The single room is small, simple, and has all the basic facilities you need. It’s also clean. Totally worth the value. Toilet flush was broken but the staff came and showed me how to flush using their temporary attached string (which looked funny but it still worked!).

Noises from the outside, traffic, and streets. Took me a while to fall asleep at night. On the second night, I was awakened by the noise of someone playing loud music on the street in the car and partying at 5am. My windows were all closed but the noises were as if they were next to me. Bring earplugs if you don’t like noises when sleeping.
